Library
The Society’s comprehensive library of books, magazines, videos and DVDs is located at the Goods Shed and is available for the use of all members.
Material can be borrowed or returned on Mondays and Wednesdays between 10.00am and 3.00pm.
Should members wish to preview videos or DVDs before borrowing them, there is a television set and VCR/DVD player available for this purpose. These facilities can also be Used by members to view videos or DVDs whenever the Goods Shed is open.
Members borrowing books or magazines from the library can do so for one month by recording details of their telephone number and the material borrowed in the ‘Honour Book’.
Returns are to be placed in the ‘Returns Basket’ and the date of return is to be recorded in the ‘Honour Book’.
There is a $3.00 fee for borrowing DVDs and videos for a fortnight. For security reasons, the DVDs and Videos are stored separately from their covers and can be accessed by asking the ‘on duty’ member.
